Delivery

UK Postage options include Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured), Royal Mail Signed For (uninsured) or FREE Royal Mail First Class (uninsured). This includes first class postage of the Impression Kit, pre-paid returns envelope, plus delivery of your finished piece of jewellery.

Please note: Signed For and 1st Class delivery are not insured, if your Jewellery is lost whilst in the care of Royal Mail, a claim cannot be made. Proof of posting will be obtained for both these postal options. We therefore do reccommend Special Delivery. Special Delivery is highly recommended during the Christmas period.

International orders are welcome; please contact us for shipping costs.

A priority service option is available during the checkout process for orders required within a shorter period of time. The charge for the priority service is £10.00 and your order will be dispatched within 10-12 working days of us receiving your impressions.

All orders are individually custom made and we aim to send them out to you within 28 days of receiving your impressions back, this may be longer during busy periods, such as Christmas, Mothers Day and Fathers day etc. Therefore if you require your order for a specific date we suggest that you choose the Priority Order service to guarantee delivery by a specified date.
